Knew what they were doing and did it fast and efficient, too. If I have a question, I know I can always ask and they'll tell me what and why. I have been to a lot of dentists over my lifespan and this is in the top bracket!!! And that is no joke; they ARE good!!!!! --Rich
Friendly, easy to work with, always willing to accommodate I forgot my appointment and they called to see if I was still planning on it. They are great with my children. All my children love going and always get excited when it's their turn to visit the dentist. --Kelly
Best dentist ever I usually don't like going to the dentist, but when I went here I felt really comfortable. They did a really good job cleaning my teeth and explained any problems I had with my teeth and told how to take better care of my teeth. --Emma

I have been working for Dr. Hansen as a hygienist since 2010. I attended Cypress College in Southern California and graduated in 1988 with an associates in hygiene. I grew up in Southern California and married Clint Johnson, who was born in Provo. Clint has always wanted to move back to Utah, and finally convinced me to move to Utah in 2005. We have 6 kids, the first 3 we raised in Calif. and our last 3 we are raising here in Salem. Our family enjoy the outdoors, especially camping and playing sports. You can usually see my husband and I on the soccer field, football field, baseball field or in the gym watching our kids play their various sports. I also enjoy doing things with my 4 grandsons. I feel very blessed working for Dr. Hansen. He is an awesome dentist, and we have a great staff where we all get along and have fun together.

I received my Dental Assisting Certification from Bridgerland Applied Technology college in Logan, UT, my Associate degree from Utah State University and completed my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene from Weber State University in 2008. I've worked at Woodland Dental for six plus years.

I married my highschool sweetheart, Zane in 2001. Together we have five children, four boys and one girl, Mason, Bridger, Cache, Heston and Emma. We love doing anything outdoors; camping, hunting, fishing, four wheeling, and farming. In my "free" time I enjoy doing family photography.

Hi! I'm Emily Johansen I began working at Woodland Dental in 2007 as a Dental Assistant. I attended the MATC for my Dental Assistant training. While working as a Dental Assistant I attended Utah Valley University and then the Utah College of Dental Hygiene where I received my Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2013. I've been so lucky to continue working at Woodland Dental as a Dental Hygienist. I've been married to my handsome hubby, Tyler, for 5 years now. We met on a blind date. We have a two year old son named Calvin who is so much fun. I love spending time with family and friends, biking, hiking, reading, sewing, and crafting. I love my job because I love the staff and patients I get to work with! Now remember be true to your teeth or they will be false to you.

I graduated from Spanish Fork High school in 1994, married the love of my life Matt in 1997. In 1998 I graduated from Dental assisting school. I have been a Dental Assistant for 17 years, and I absolutely love my job! I was so blessed to be able to go on a humanitarian mission to Cambodia in 2012. It was one of the most amazing things I have ever experienced, and hope to do again soon. I have three amazing kids my oldest is Taylor, he is a Jr. at Maple Mountain High School, Coby a 8th grader at Maple Mountain Junior High, and Adelynn a 3rd grader at Mapleton Elementary. I also have a step son, Adam, who is serving an LDS mission in McAllen Texas. I have lived in Mapleton for 14 years, and I love it there. I enjoy vacationing with my family we are HUGE Disney fans and try to go every year. We also enjoy boating, fishing, and being together.

I'm Janece Hughes, I happen to be Dr. Hansen's older sister. I have always thought he was awesome and would do a lot of good in the world. I work as a dental assistant. I have 4 children, 5 grandchildren and have lived in Salem 28 years with my husband Larry. We love it here! We like to travel and have our family over often. I enjoy reading, flowers, hugs from grand kids, trying new foods, finding names on family search, talking, swimming, cooking, sunsets and working here at the office. My husband and I are planning on serving a mission in 2016.

My name is Laura Kavanaugh. I have lived in Henderson, Nevada my entire life except when I attended BYU-Idaho for two years, and when I served my mission in Mesa, Arizona. I recently moved to Spanish Fork from Henderson, Nevada, in May 2015 when I married my husband Korbin. We are now expecting our first child. Korbin and I both attend BYU and are working as much as we can to save money for our growing family.

I started working at Woodland Dental in March 2015, where I received on-the-job training to become a Dental Assistant. I love dental assisting and helping patients feel welcome and comfortable in our office. The people of Salem and the surrounding cities are a joy to work with! I was nervous moving away from my 9 siblings to a place I have never been before, but I have felt so welcomed by everyone who lives here and I am grateful to live in Spanish Fork and raise my family here.

Hi, my name is Katelyn Boothe. I was born in American Fork and then moved and was raised in Genola, Utah. After interning at Woodland Dental for a few months I started working for Dr. Hansen this past summer 2015. Growing up I loved going to the dentist and always thought it would be so fun to work in a Dental Office, so my senior year of high school I attended MATC and went through their Dental assisting program. I graduated from Payson High School in May and MATC in August of 2015. I am the second oldest of 5 children. I have one older sister, a brother in law and three younger brothers. In my spare time I enjoy playing soccer, shopping, enjoying the great outdoors and spending quality time with family and friends. I am so grateful to be a part of the Woodland Dental staff which is filled with fun, energetic, amazing people who are so good to work with.

I am the second of ten children and enjoy being with my family and being with young children. I love horses, dogs, and living on a farm and I would rather be hot than cold. I have been privileged to be part of the Woodland Dental team since 2009. Besides working at Woodland Dental I enjoy my early morning walks, biking, hiking, gardening, sewing, reading, playing with grandkids and spending time with my family. My husband Spencer and I are the proud parents of 5 children and 15 grandchildren. We have loved living in Salem for 22 years. The best part of my job is getting to know our amazing patients and working with a fantastic staff.

Our family moved to Salem in 1992 and love living here! We moved here because of our business The Story Teller/Story Time Felts which we ran for 25 years. I am married to Dale and we have 11 children and soon to be 11 grandchildren. I’ve been working the front desk at Woodland Dental since 2012. I love puttering around in my home, having family over, sewing, reading and dance. I feel incredibly blessed to work at Woodland Dental where the working environment is peaceful and caring, plus I get to meet patients who are the best!
